Healthcare industry is an important component of the economy and is one of the largest employer of developed countries. The healthcare sector has grown rapidly in recent years due to the increasing demand for medical services, growing population, and changing demographics.

Being an Indian, I have seen the gaps in healthcare delivery system. The country has the highest population in the world, with 1.3 billion people living in the country. As a result, there are far fewer healthcare facilities including primary healthcare providers than in other countries. This complex healthcare system has resulted in long wait times for patients to see a doctor, and has forced people to seek care with private doctors. This has hindered the growth of the Indian corporate healthcare industry.

Myself being a health care management professional, worked with couple of hospitals as Marketing and Branding head understood the demand and supply criteria. I have met many Doctor turned Entrepreneurs (Hospital owners) who have invested huge working capitals, time and efforts but didn’t succeeded in growing their business. They have raised the concern in managing administration and treating their own patients at the same time.

This triggered me to start a healthcare agency (HospitalSuccess) to help them in Hospital setup, procurement, Marketing and Branding services. To my surprise we have received wonderful response from our clients. Me and my team always look forward making healthcare more professional, reachable and affordable.
