Case study: Hospital
How a new children's hospital became a known name in its hometown
Dr. Sai Kumar Thaduka left Hyderabad to open a children's hospital in his hometown, Sircilla, with few local contacts and no online presence. Hospital Success built the brand from scratch, from the strategy to the website, Google Business Profile and social channels, and within a year Sarayu Children's Hospital was a familiar name across the town.

- Brand built before the doors opened
- Every channel set up from zero
- A known name in town within a year
The challenge
A new hospital in a hometown, with no online presence.
Dr. Sai Kumar Thaduka was working as a neonatologist and pediatrician in Hyderabad when he decided to return to his hometown, Sircilla, and open a children's hospital there. He met Syed Nyamathullah before the hospital opened.
He had minimal local contacts and no online presence: no website, no Google Business Profile and no social media. Parents in Sircilla and the surrounding villages needed to discover a new hospital, and trust it with their children.

Starting from zero
A new hospital, a doctor returning after years away, and no digital footprint at all.
Trust comes first with children
Parents choose a pediatrician carefully. The brand had to feel warm, credible and local from day one.
A smaller-town audience
Families in Sircilla search on their phones, in Telugu as well as English, and rely on Google Maps and Facebook.
The solution
How we built it.
- 01
A strategy before the launch
We planned the brand and the online launch strategy in the early days, before and around the opening: who the hospital serves, what it should be known for, and how families nearby would find it.
- 02
A website built to be found locally
We designed and built the hospital's website with clear pages on pediatric, neonatal and NICU care, and optimized it for searches in Sircilla and nearby towns.
- 03
Google Business Profile
We set up and optimized the Google Business Profile, so parents searching nearby could find the hospital, call and get directions.
- 04
Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
We created and branded all three channels and ran them: regular posts and short videos with Dr. Sai Kumar answering parents' everyday questions.
- 05
SEO and local online marketing
Ongoing SEO and local campaigns kept the hospital visible as it grew.
- 06
Handover to the hospital's team
After running the brand for years, we handed it over to the hospital's own team about five months ago.

The work
Building a brand parents trust.
Everything was built from scratch, around one goal: when a parent in Sircilla worries about their child, Sarayu should be the name they think of first.
- Strategy from the first dayThe brand, positioning and online launch plan were designed by Hospital Success in the hospital's early days.
- Found on GoogleThe website and Google Business Profile made the hospital easy to find for families searching nearby.
- Videos parents watchShort videos with Dr. Sai Kumar on everyday child-health questions built familiarity and trust across Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
- One consistent hospitalThe same name, look and message on every channel, so the hospital felt established from the start.
- A partner, not an outside agencyOur team worked as an extension of the hospital's own marketing team and responded within hours.
The work
The hospital today.

The results
What changed.
The results came quickly. Within three months, the online presence alone was bringing in about 100 to 150 appointments a month, and within a year Sarayu Children's Hospital had become a popular name across Sircilla.
| Measure | At launch | During our engagement |
|---|---|---|
| Online presence | None | Website, Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube |
| Appointments from online channels | Minimal | About 100 to 150 a month within three months |
| Views per video | No channels | About 5,000 to 10,000 per video after three to six months |
| Most viral reel | None | About 2 million views |
| Local recognition | A new hospital in town | A popular name across Sircilla within the first year |
| Ownership | Agency-built launch | Handed over to the hospital's own team about five months ago |
Figures are approximate and reported by the hospital for the period Hospital Success managed its online presence. The hospital's own team has run its channels since the handover, about five months ago, so current figures reflect their work. Results depend on many factors and are not a promise of results for other hospitals.
“When we wanted to build an online presence for Sarayu Children’s Hospital in Sircilla, we were looking for a marketing agency that could understand our requirements and support us in the long run.
That’s when we connected with Mr. Syed Nyamathullah and his team at Hospital Success.
They helped us with our website development, content creation, social media marketing, Google Business Profile, SEO, and local online marketing.
We have been working with Syed and his team for almost four years now, and it has been a very good experience.
Syed is a fantastic person to work with. Whenever we needed any support related to our hospital’s digital marketing, his team was always available and usually responded within a couple of hours.
What I appreciate most is that they don’t work like an outside marketing agency. They work as an extension of our hospital’s own marketing team. That makes a real difference.
Thank you, Syed, and the entire Hospital Success team for your continued support over the years. Wishing you all the very best and continued success.”
Why it matters
Why it works for new hospitals.
A new hospital has one chance to introduce itself. Building the brand, the website, the Google profile and the social channels together, before and around the opening, meant families met one consistent, trustworthy hospital wherever they looked.
Planning the handover from the start means the brand keeps working long after the agency steps back.
