Case study: Hospital

Launching an eye hospital's brand from day one

When a new eye hospital opened in Nallagandla, Hyderabad, it had no online presence and no patient enquiries. Hospital Success designed the brand and launch strategy and built every channel, from the website and Google Business Profile to four social media pages, then trained the team to run it all themselves.

  • Brand built from zero
  • Every channel set up at launch
  • Handed over to an in-house team

The challenge

A new hospital, and no one knew it yet.

The center opened as a specialist eye hospital offering cataract, retina, LASIK, glaucoma and pediatric eye care, led by Medical Director Dr. Kalpana Rani, a cataract and retinal surgeon. On day one there was no website, no Google profile, no social media and no patient enquiries.

Nallagandla and the Gachibowli corridor already had established eye hospitals with years of reviews. A new center had to earn trust quickly, and every channel had to tell the same story from the start.

Planning the launch with the hospital's leadership.

Starting from zero

No website, no Google profile, no social pages and no enquiries. Every patient journey had to be built.

A crowded local market

Established eye hospitals already held the local searches and the reviews.

A name change along the way

The center launched as N Vision and now operates as NR Vision, so every channel had to carry the current name consistently.

The solution

How we built it.

  • Brand and launch strategy
  • Website and SEO
  • Google Business Profile
  • Social media setup
  • Team training
  1. 01

    Brand and launch strategy

We designed the brand positioning and the online launch plan: who the hospital serves, what it is known for, and how patients in the area would find it.

  2. 02

A website built to be found

We designed nrvision.in with a page for each treatment, including cataract surgery, LASIK, retinal care, glaucoma, squint and pediatric eye care, and optimized it for local searches in Nallagandla and Hyderabad.

  3. 03

    Google Business Profile

We set up and optimized the hospital's Google Business Profile with accurate services, hours, photos and contact details, so nearby patients could find, call and visit.

  4. 04

    Four social channels

We created and branded the Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn pages and produced the launch content, including coverage of the opening.

  5. 05

    Search engine optimization

Ongoing SEO for treatment and location searches built the website's visibility alongside the Google profile.

  6. 06

    Training and handover

Once every channel was running, we trained the hospital's own team to manage it, and handed over a working brand presence.

The work

How patients started finding the hospital.

We built the brand presence around one question: when someone nearby needs an eye specialist, will they find this hospital first, and trust what they see?

  • Keyword researchWe mapped how people in Nallagandla, Gachibowli and the surrounding areas search for eye care, from cataract surgery and LASIK to children's eye checks, and built the website and Google profile around those searches.
  • One brand, everywhereWe shaped the brand identity, launch messaging and visual style, so the hospital looked and sounded the same on Google, the website and every social channel.
  • Posts and video, made for local familiesWe designed the posts and edited the videos for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn: doctor introductions, treatment explainers, eye-health tips and coverage of the launch.
  • Seen in local searchesAn accurate, regularly updated Google Business Profile kept the hospital visible when nearby patients searched for an eye hospital.
  • From attention to appointmentsEvery page and post ended with a clear next step, a call button or an appointment request, so visibility turned into booked visits.

The results

What changed.

From a standing start, the center was receiving about 130 to 150 appointments a month during our eight-month engagement. The brand presence we built is still working: we handed it over about four months ago, and the hospital's team now runs it.

Appointment figures are reported by the hospital for the engagement period. Google ratings are written independently by patients, and search rankings vary by the searcher's location and change over time. Results depend on many factors and are not a promise of results for other hospitals.

Why it matters

Built to be handed over.

A launch is the one moment when a hospital can set its story straight from the start. Building the brand, the website, the Google profile and the social channels together meant patients saw one consistent hospital wherever they looked.

We planned the handover from day one. Training the hospital's own team means the brand keeps working long after the agency engagement ends.
