Case study: Clinic
How a Singapore dermatology center built a consistent educational social presence
A Singapore dermatology center wanted to share clear, medically reviewed information on social media and publish on a regular schedule. We built a staff-led video workflow: the clinic team records, and Hospital Success edits and publishes remotely.

The challenge
Steady, accurate content without an on-site crew.
The center needed a practical way to create a steady flow of educational content while keeping clinical accuracy and Singapore's healthcare advertising requirements in view.
Staff had access to the day-to-day clinic environment, but needed guidance on planning and recording short videos. The agency needed a workflow for turning raw footage into clear, consistent social posts.

A steady publishing rhythm
Educational posts needed to go out on a regular schedule, not only when someone found time to film.
Staff new to filming
The clinic team could record in the clinic every day, but needed a simple plan for what to capture and how.
Accuracy and advertising rules
Every post had to stay clinically accurate and within Singapore's healthcare advertising requirements.
The solution
How we built it.
- 01
Agree topics and a recording plan
We agreed on educational topics and a simple recording plan with the clinic, then trained staff to capture raw footage on-site.
- 02
Clinic staff record the footage
The center's own team recorded the footage. Hospital Success does not provide on-site video shooting.
- 03
Remote editing that keeps the clinical meaning
We edited the raw clips remotely for clarity, captions, pacing and platform formats, keeping the clinical meaning intact and avoiding edits that could imply a treatment result.
- 04
Clinical review and approval
Every edited post went back to the center for clinical review and approval before publication.
- 05
Publish and track
We published approved educational posts on the center's social channels and tracked reach, video views, profile visits, enquiries and other agreed measures.
The results
What changed.
In the first campaign month, the center recorded substantially higher social reach and video views, alongside more new-patient consultations from tracked social channels. Month two continued to improve; those figures will be added once the center confirms them.
| Measure | Before campaign (monthly) | Month 1 of campaign |
|---|---|---|
| Social reach | Around 1,000 to 1,200 | Around 50,000 |
| Average video views | Around 500 to 600 | Around 10,000 to 15,000 |
| New-patient consultations from tracked social | Around 3 to 4 | Around 20 |
Figures are approximate monthly counts, as reported by the center, for the first month of the campaign. Results depend on many factors and are not a promise of results for other clinics.
Why it matters
Educational content, within the rules.
The content focused on general skin health and factual information about the center's services. It avoided before-and-after treatment imagery, patient testimonials, superlatives, comparisons with other providers and language that pressures people to seek a procedure.
The clinic's licensed provider reviewed and approved content before posting, in line with Singapore's requirement that healthcare advertising is accurate, substantiated and not misleading.
