Case study: Clinic

How a London ENT center increased local visibility and patient access

A newly opened ENT center in London wanted local patients to find it, understand how to access care and reach the clinic through clear enquiry routes. We built a focused plan around local discovery, patient information and trackable enquiries.

London ENT CentreNewly opened ENT center · London, United Kingdom

  • Local discovery
  • Clear enquiry routes
  • Trackable patient acquisition

The challenge

A new center, unknown to local patients.

As a newly opened center, it needed to build awareness across its London service area and make it straightforward for patients to find verified ENT service information, contact the clinic and understand its appointment and payment routes.

The goal was to increase walk-ins and tracked patient enquiries, while explaining private medical insurance information accurately.

For patients using private medical insurance, the clinic's information needs to explain its actual insurer relationships and any referral or pre-authorization steps. Coverage depends on each patient's policy and their insurer's decision, so the marketing must never promise that a visit or treatment will be covered or that a claim will be approved.

New in a busy market

Established clinics already held the local searches. A new center had to earn awareness in its own service area from a standing start.

Unclear routes to care

Patients needed to find verified service information and know exactly how to call, enquire online or walk in.

Insurance questions

Private medical insurance needed explaining accurately, without implying that any visit or treatment would be covered.

The solution

How we built it.

  • Local SEO
  • Google Business Profile
  • Patient journey
  • Content
  • Tracking
  1. 01

Local search pages for verified services

We built and improved local search pages for the center's verified ENT services and service area, written in patient-friendly language with accurate clinician credentials.

  2. 02

    An accurate Google Business Profile

We kept the profile current, with the right location, opening hours, contact routes and service information, so patients searching nearby found reliable details.

  3. 03

    A simple appointment journey

Patients could call, enquire online or attend as a walk-in, where the center accepts walk-ins, with a clear next step on every page.

  4. 04

    Clear insurance and self-pay information

We explained the center's verified insurer and self-pay options, while directing patients to confirm eligibility, referrals and authorization with their own insurer.

  5. 05

    Educational social content

Social content explained how to access the clinic and common ENT concerns, without diagnosing anyone or promising a treatment result.

  6. 06

    Tracking from enquiry to visit

We tracked calls, enquiry forms, appointment requests and attended visits, so the clinic could tell visibility apart from actual patient acquisition.

The results

What changed.

The center's tracked figures show increases in walk-ins, enquiries and local visibility. The counts are approximate, as reported by the center.

3.25xPatient walk-ins, around 20 to around 65
2.3x to 2.9xEnquiries from tracked channels

Figures are approximate, as reported by the center. Impressions are used as a measure of online visibility, not as a survey-based measure of brand awareness. Results depend on many factors and are not a promise of results for other clinics.

Why it matters

What this means for patients.

The intended patient benefit is clearer information about local ENT services and how to contact the center.

Patients should receive accurate information about appointment availability and payment routes, then confirm any insurance coverage directly with their insurer and the clinic.
